Pupils & Parents | Medical

If your child suffers from any condition which requires medication, please let the school know and ensure that a supply of medication is always in school.

We can only administer medicine to your child if they have a prescription. You must fill in the school’s medicine consent form. The school will give the medicine on your behalf. The medicine must be clearly labelled with the child’s name, date, contents, dosage and storage instructions; and be in the original container supplied by the doctor or pharmacist.

Children with Asthma must have their asthma pumps in school. Children with serious allergies should have their medication in school at all times. Parents will need to meet with the school nurse so that a care plan can be put in place.

School Nurse
Parents can see him by appointment to discuss any aspect of their child’s health and development.
