All the teachers and leadership team are on the playground before and after school every day for a quick chat or to fix a longer appointment. You can also make an appointment by telephone.
If you have a comment or complaint you should see:
Your child’s class teacher
The senior teacher in your child’s year group
Mrs. Patricio, Assistant Head teacher
The Deputy or Headteacher
In the unlikely event of your complaint becoming formal you MUST see only those people and in that order first THEN you should write to the Head teacher. IF you do not think his reply is reasonable, THEN you should write to the Chair of Governors.
